A Computer Studies Graduate, who read Computer Science and Discrete Mathematics For Computing, then graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a Computer Studies BSc Degree with Honours in 2004.  Professional ICT specialist and proficient SQL database programmer with knowledge of database system development standards. A highly trained C and C++ object oriented computer programmer problem solver, and Soft Systems Methodology practitioner.
 
Completed Management training in Kaizen, 5S methodology, Standard Operations and Skills Control to gain management qualifications through Learn Direct to enable continuous improvement of teams and individuals in the workplace.

 
Whilst studying for Computer Studies Bachelor Of Science Degree, worked for Siemens Business Services providing  an exceptional business service to the United Kingdom Passport Service processing data and managing the Work Flow Movement process, producing statistical data and managing the work flow of processed passport applications and managing the customer service, whilst transferring completed passport applications in a timely manner to the United Kingdom Passport Service.  

 

Worked for the University Of Liverpool in the Cancer Research Centre managing clinical data and completed professional Information Governance training and passed online exams to become a qualified clinical data quality specialist producing high quality research data. Completed GCP/ICH, Cancer Studies and Protection training, and then as an experienced clinical data quality specialist and data manager also completed Good Clinical Practice And The EU Directive For Experienced Staff delivered by the NIHR,  Clinical Research Network. Utilised the Clinical Trial Management System Macro to manage clinical data sets defining a standard set of information generated from case records and system that captured data sets. The data sets were related to cancer clinical trials that complied with GCP/ICH AND EU Directive Standards

 

Transferred to the HR department working as a HR Systems Administrator supporting the TULIP a Human Resources Management Information System. Completed Diversity and Equality awareness in Higher Education, Diversity in the Workplace, and Service Delivery Continuous Personal Development. The HR Systems Administrator work involved maintaining Work Force data stored on the TULIP Human Management Information System and supporting users. During a secondment in the Centre Of Life Long Learning in the University Of Liverpool led the design and development of a prototype standalone database with report facilities using Microsoft Access, and then produced high quality user friendly and technically comprehensive documentation.
