Paul Thompson BSc Honours, MInstLM Executive Business Senior Coach And Accelerated Learning Mentor joined the Institute Of Leadership And Management, and was awarded an Associated (AlnstLM) membership by the Institute Of Leadership And Management in recognition of gaining an Enterprise Level 2 professional qualification.

The Continuous Professional Development inspired him to go onto complete further Institute Of Leadership And Management Continuous Professional Development by completing Executive Leadership, Executive  Personal Performance, Executive Sales and Executive Accelerated Learning and Executive Business Coach courses acquiring skills at Executive Level 7 the highest level to become an ILM qualified Master Coach at the International Coaching Academy helping him to learn faster and retain information in the long term memory, whilst studying the principals of Neuro Science. Most recently completed professional Financial Management and specialist SAP Financial And Account Management Systems personal development. Proven track record of planning and setting budgets, then recording and maintaining accurate financial data, and creating data management financial reports and monitoring costs. Analysing financial data to identify cost variances to ensure that budgets are not exceeded providing an exceptional business support whilst working in both the private and public sectors as a business intelligence analyst using statistical methods, Microsoft Excel, database management combined with Sequential Query Language, and the visual reporting tool Tableau and programming languages  Python as a trained computer programmer.

Proven experience of providing business support as a SAP data and validation master, whilst working for large organisations including the University Of Liverpool, Liverpool City Council and Siemens Business Services processing passport and personal data, whilst managing the business customer service.
