The Continuous Professional Development inspired him to go onto complete further Institute Of Leadership And Management Continuous Professional Development by completing Leadership Personal Performance, Entrepreneurial Executive Leadership and Business Accelerated Learning, acquiring at Executive Level 7 the highest level to become an ILM qualified Master Coach at the International Coaching Academy helping him to learn faster and retain information in the long term memory, whilst studying the principals of Neuro Science. Most recently completed professional Financial Managment and specialist SAP Financial And Account Management Systems personal development. Proven track record of planning and setting budgets, then recording and maintaining accurate financial data, and creating data management financial reports and monitoring costs.
